Expand your skills in therapeutic art practices and grow your abilities to create lessons that meet learners exceptional needs effectively, creatively, and compassionately throughout the K-12 community! You will gain: A deep foundation in adaptive education and ethical practices. Strategies to organize and manage a therapeutic art program and assessments. Knowledge of special education laws, current issues, and curriculum design for varying abilities. Skills to create effective lessons using a variety of strategies, materials, and assistive technologies based on research and theories. Approaches in classroom management to support a strong community and positive learning environment.
